You'll need to drop your returning package off at your nearest collection point.
We'll be happy to refund your purchase in full or replace the goods if you're not satisfied. If you wish to return your purchase, all you need to do is:
- Just return it, in its original and unworn condition with all tags and packaging within 14 days of receipt and we will either send out replacement goods or refund you the purchase price.
Book a return delivery using Collect+ and drop off the item at a Collect+ shop. (Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility and a refund will not be given until they are received by us. We recommend that you keep any proof of posting.)
We are not able to accept any returns on any products that have been worn and are not in their ‘original’ condition. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all garment tags and packaging. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
